Ibiyaya offers a warranty for its products, starting from the date of purchase, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a specified duration as outlined in the chart below. To validate your warranty, you will need to present your original sales or delivery receipt, which indicates the purchase date.
Products covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty: Products eligible for coverage under the Manufacturer’s Warranty include those experiencing issues such as defects, malfunctions, or failures directly attributed to the quality of materials or workmanship in the manufacturing process. These issues, when accompanied by proof of purchase, are subject to consideration for repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion. In cases requiring repair, Ibiyaya will supply spare parts at no cost to the consumer whenever applicable.
Products not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty: However, please note that the Manufacturer’s Warranty does not extend to cover parts or product damages and malfunctions resulting from factors unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship. This includes instances of consumer misuse or products lacking proof of purchase. After the initial 90 days following the purchase, such issues will not be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for damages resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, and the gradual deterioration of colors and materials due to extended use over time.
